Shipping cost

Dezachteatlas delivers using the PostNL services. We charge the following:

The Netherlands
Including Track & Trace delivery (up to 10 kilo’s): 7,25 €

Eurozone 1 (Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Luxembourg, Denmark):
Including Track & Trace delivery (up to 2 kilo’s): 13,00 €
Excluding Track & Trace delivery (up to 2 kilo’s): 9,30 €

Rest of Europe (including The United Kingdom):
Including Track & Trace delivery (up to 2 kilo’s): 18,50 €

Excluding Track and Trace delivery (up to 2 kilo’s): 12,00 €

Outside Europe,

If you want the product to be delivered faster, you can reach out to Jan Rothuizen via email.

Return policy

If the product does not live up to your wishes and expectations, you have the right to return it within ten days after delivery. You will get back your money, minus the shipping cost.

If you receive the incorrect drawing, you can return it at the expense of Jan Rothuizen.

Application

These conditions are applied to all agreements with dezachteatlas.nl, trade name of Jan Rothuizen in Amsterdam, named Jan Rothuizen. By placing an order you accept the terms and conditions:

Jan Rothuizen is entitled to reject an order or add special conditions to an order. If Jan Rothuizen cannot assess your residential address, the order will not be accepted. The agreement is set after Jan Rothuizen has confirmed your order via email.

Pricing and cost

All prices on dezachteatlasl.nl are including 9% VAT.

The prices, mentioned on dezachteatlas.nl, are excluding shipping cost. The shipping cost of any order depends on the weight and location. For more information, please refer to the article above.

Delivery

Jan Rothuizen uses the greatest care in receiving orders and sending deliveries. Jan Rothuizen delivers in the order that he receives orders.

If a delivery cannot be completed in time, you will be notified.

Jan Rothuizen is not responsible for any damages due to unexpected delivery times.

Delivery address and service

If you order at dezachteatlas.nl you are free to choose a delivery address.

If you want to change the delivery or return something, you can send us an email.

Right of withdrawal

For all orders there is a trial period of ten days. In this period you have the right of withdrawal. This means you have the possibility to return the products you ordered without any obligations, except the shipping cost.

Your money will be returned in 30 days, minus the shipping cost. If you exchange the drawing or print for another product, you can return the product yourself at your own expense, after which we will send a new product at our expense.

If you have received the wrong product or a damaged product, you can return the product at the expense of Jan Rothuizen.

Shipping warranty

All deliveries are warranted by Jan Rothuizen. If you notice any damage before opening the package, contact Jan Rothuizen over email. Damaged products are replaced at the expense of Jan Rothuizen.

Privacy

By placing an order you give Jan Rothuizen permission to use your personal information.

Your personal information is only stored if necessary for completing the goals for which dezachteatlas.nl has received the information. Your personal information will not be forwarded to a third party for commercial goals.

With approval of the customer, the personal information can be used to be signed up for a newsletter.

Reclamation and consumer protection

If you are dissatisfied with the products or services of dezachteatlas.nl, feel free to reach out within ten days after the reason for complaints has taken place.

Payment

The amount you owe for the purchase, can be paid for in multiple ways: via iDeal at your own bank, via Paypal if you have an active account, or have added a credit card for payment. For iDeal and Paypal the secured websites of these banks are used. Dezachteatlas.nl has no insight into your financial transaction, except for a confirmation by the bank whether the payment has come through.
