Honderd jaar later is de vraag naar boter groter dan het aanbod en bouwt men in Oss de eerste kunstboter (margarine) fabriek ter wereld. In 1888 laat margarine miljonair Van Den Bergh \u2018Villa Constance\u2019 als woonhuis bouwen.
